7-Days Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement warranty for applicable products. If you discover a manufacturing defect or mechanical/electrical failure, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Eligibility: The product must be returned with its original, intact packaging, the warranty sticker, and the purchase memo.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for packet damage, superficial scratches, or cosmetic blemishes. Accidental damage, water damage, or issues caused by careless use are strictly not covered.
- Quality Expectation: The inherent quality of a product depends solely on the manufacturer. We do not accept returns or process refunds if a customer simply does not like the quality of an intact, functioning product.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the defective item, the replacement process generally takes 3 to 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under specific circumstances to ensure fair transactions for our customers.
- Stock Unavailability: If your product qualifies for a replacement but we are unable to provide one due to stock shortages, we will refund the full purchase amount of the product.
- Pre-Order Cancellations by Us: If we fail to deliver a pre-ordered item for any unavoidable reason, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to you within 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery & Transportation Costs for Returns
Please carefully note our delivery terms regarding any return, warranty claim, or servicing request:
- The customer is solely responsible for bearing all transportation and delivery costs associated with returning a product to us for warranty claims or service-related issues.
- Rajshahi Gadget Hub will not cover the courier charges for sending a defective item back to our store, nor for sending the replaced/serviced item back to the customer.
