Welcome to Rajshahi Gadget Hub. By accessing our website, placing an order, or visiting our physical store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Conditions
Product Quality: The quality and performance of a product are entirely dependent on the manufacturer. We do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because a customer does not like the product’s quality after purchase.
Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Pre-Order Policy For products that are currently out of stock or upcoming, we offer a pre-order facility under the following terms:
Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% (or full payment) is required to confirm a pre-order.
Delivery Time: We will contact you to provide an estimated date of delivery. However, delivery times may vary due to shipment delays.
Price Adjustments: The final price of a pre-order product may change slightly depending on the international market and import costs.
Refunds on Pre-Orders: If, for any reason, we fail to deliver your pre-ordered product, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
3. Official Company Warranty
Products labeled with an “Official Warranty” are covered directly by the respective brands.
You can claim this warranty from us, or you may visit the brand’s official authorized service centers.
To claim any official warranty, you must provide the full intact product box, the original warranty sticker, and the purchase memo. Please check the official brand’s website for their specific warranty policies.
4. 7-Days Replacement Warranty We provide a 7-day replacement warranty for selected products, which strictly covers mechanical or electrical failures due to manufacturing defects.
Reporting: If you find any functional issue, you must inform us as soon as possible within the 7-day window. Any delay beyond 7 days will void the replacement policy.
Requirements: The product must be returned with the full box, warranty sticker, and original memo.
Exclusions: Packet damage, product scratches, or any cosmetic blemishes do not qualify for a replacement.
Processing Time: Once the defective product reaches us, the replacement process generally takes 3 to 7 days, depending on stock availability.
5. Warranty Voids & Limitations The warranty (both official and replacement) is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and will be considered VOID under the following conditions:
Any physical damage caused by careless use, including but not limited to: dropping, breaking, burning, deep scratch marks, or physical injury to the device.
Liquid or water damage.
Accidental damage of any kind.
6. Shipping & Transportation Costs
The customer is solely responsible for bearing all transportation and delivery costs associated with sending a product to us for warranty claims, servicing, returns, or replacements.
7. Refunds
If an eligible product fails to be replaced due to stock unavailability, we will issue a full refund for the product’s purchase amount.
Standard refund processing time is between 3 to 7 working days.
